Termite Bait Station
Termite bait stations are plastic cylinders installed in the soil around a home's perimeter to detect and eliminate termites. They use cellulose-based material to attract termites, which, upon detection, is replaced with active bait to kill the colony. They are placed 10–20 feet apart and monitored quarterly to protect against subterranean termites.
Termite bait stations are a preventative and treatment system used to eliminate termite colonies before they cause serious structural damage. These stations are installed in the ground around a property and work by attracting termites to bait that they carry back to their colony.
